1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience, and provide information to website owners.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Marktional SMM) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by third parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies". Third-party cookies enable features or functionality provided by a third party (such as analytics).
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) we use on marktional.com, why we use them, and how you can control them. For more information about how we handle your personal data more broadly, please see our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies We Use
Our website does not currently set any first-party cookies. The only browser storage we use is listed below:
| Category | Storage Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Preference (local storage, not a cookie) | smm_consent | Stores your cookie consent preference so you are not asked again on each visit | Until you clear your browser data or change your preference |
If you book a call through our calendar widget on the Contact page, Google Calendar may set its own cookies in its embedded frame - see "Third-Party Cookies" below.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Our website does not currently set any strictly necessary cookies. Core functionality - page navigation and contact form submissions - works without any cookie being set.
If we introduce a strictly necessary cookie in future (for example, as part of a new feature), it would not require your consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as implemented in Bulgaria's Electronic Communications Act, and we will describe it here.
4. Analytics and Marketing Cookies
We do not currently set any analytics or marketing cookies. Our cookie banner includes "Analytics" and "Marketing" preference toggles so that, if we introduce tools in these categories in future, your consent choice is already on record and no non-essential cookie will be set without your agreement.
If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy to name the specific cookies, their purpose, and their duration before any such cookie is set.
5. Preference Cookies
We use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember whether you have accepted or declined non-essential cookies. This prevents us from asking for your consent on every page visit. This storage is considered strictly necessary, as without it we would be unable to honour your previously stated preference.
Your preference is kept until you clear your browser's site data or change your preference again - it does not expire automatically.
6. How to Control Cookies
You have several options for controlling cookies:
- Browser settings - most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Note that if you disable all cookies, some features of this and other websites may not function correctly. For guidance on managing cookies in popular browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari - Withdraw consent - you can withdraw your consent for non-essential cookies at any time by clearing your browser's site data (or local storage) for this website and revisiting it, which will present the consent banner again.
Please be aware that blocking or deleting cookies may affect your browsing experience and may prevent you from using all or part of this website.
7. Third-Party Cookies
We do not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing services, so no third-party cookies are set for those purposes on this website.
Our Contact page embeds a Google Calendar booking widget so you can schedule a call directly. Loading this widget may allow Google to set cookies within that embedded frame, governed by Google's Cookie Policy. We do not have access to or control over these cookies. If you'd rather not load this widget, you can book a call by emailing us instead, or use the "open in a new tab" link next to the widget.
If we integrate another third-party service that sets cookies in future, we will name it here along with a link to its privacy policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we introduce new cookies or change the third-party services we use. When we make changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of significant changes through a notice on our website.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
